demand and society.

concern is if Zara International is expanding too quickly, if expanding to
resources beyond their home base will cause quality and control of the company’s
production processes will change. Based on a strong management team however, I
believe this company will continue to prosper. By closely managing increased
costs caused by international business and keeping high consumer interest as
the main goal of the company, success is imminent.
Team work is an essential factor for the success of most business. Team work allows the company to focus on numerous aspects that the business should give attention to. Many people working together is a benefit as they can contribute skills and ideas which can benefit the company to a huge extent.

Small production allows them to sell the items which are currently in demand and then move on to the next trend. This also reduced their expenses maximizing profits. Small supplies also makes their products more attractive to the consumers as consumers want their products to be unique.
I definitely agree with you about individuals coming together to create a successful company instead of trying to benefit themselves. A lot of companies have that debate on whether or not to expand a lot internationally but many companies have shown it can eventually lead to high profit margins. As seen in the recent financials, Inditex has increased profit immensely so I totally agree with you that the company will continue to prosper.
